Home?

Home, it can mean so many different things. It can mean the place where you were born, the place where your loved ones are, the place where you put your ass, and now even an online 3D community on your Playstation 3. Home to me is a place where you feel, that's right: like home, you feel comfortable and you are enjoying yourself. I don't think Sweden is home for me any more... I adapted so well to the U.S-way of life, I have my life there and I feel free in a completely different way than I do here in Sweden.
The biggest thing for me was that I now have realized that I have come so far in my personal development, the sad thing is, it feels like everything here in my old home is the exact same as it was when I left. Everyone is exactly the same, everything is exactly the same, and everything looks exactly the same.
I don't think this is anything weird, and I certainly doesn't judge anyone for not changing, it's just natural when one are living in the same city, hanging out with the exact same people and do the exact same things all the time. I had to change, I had to stand on my own feet, getting a license, doing my taxes, buying food, make a budget etc. Otherwise I wouldn't have made it over there. That's why it's strange to be back here living with my parents again... it's like I traveled back in time 'til when I was 15.

I'm going back the 17th of July, but I'm regretting taking even that much time for a visit back to my former home. A week has passed since I landed here in Stockholm and it feels like it has been a year. Time is crawling by, and no matter what I do it feels like I'm misplaced. Don't get me wrong, meeting my friends and family again has been great, but that's it. Now I feel like I've pretty much has done the things I wanted to do here and I have 3 weeks left in this country... 3 weeks. I'm bored... bored, bored, bored. Which is strange since I didn't do much during my summer break in the U.S... At least I knew that I was able to do whatever the fuck I wanted to do over there. If I wanted to go and buy a hand gun... I could. I would never do that, but it's nice to know that I have the possibility. Or not... I'm rambelling.

Bottom line is, this might have been my home once upon a time, but my home is now in a land, far far away; the land of possibilities, the land of murder, the land of hypocrisy... my home.

I'm done!!

Wohooo! School is over, just got home from my last test in history! It felt like the test went good, and if I get an A on it, I will probably get an A in the whole class, which means that I have straight A's! I'm so good at this school-shit nowadays :D

So now awaits sun, videogames, chillin like a villain, florida, busch gardens, Sweden, Kings Dominion, Six Flags, New York, music recording etc. Very nice!

Speaking of videogames, I just made such a good deal! I went to Best Buy to buy Guitarr Hero 2 for the Playstation 2, but since I have a PS3 which don't have the PS2 controller output, the guitarrs wouldn't work and the whole meaning with the game is lost. So I ended up in the 20 dollar shelf and found some real classics. Shadow of the Colossus (!!!), Resident Evil 4, God of War, Kingdom Hearts 2 and Need for Speed: Most Wanted, all of those games for 100 bucks (700 kronor). Damn that was nice! So now I have a lot to do!!

Btw, the thing I wrote about in the last blog, about the bees, it turns out that Einstein probably never said what Bill Maher said he did. BUT that does not mean that the fact that bees are dying is a lie, and that it is a big problem which should be discussed more than it is now.
To supplement for that error I found this movie.

yep, it's John Kerry talking about WTC7.

But enough about that, the president is acting like an ass again. Tell me what a democracy is if the president can veto a demand by the democratic senate, elected by the people? Is that a democracy? I don't think so...

Ahh well, as I've written before, I am going back to Sweden, probably in late June and staying until around the 15th of July. So then I want to hang out with everyone, chilling in mälzide, like the old days! Very sweet!

That's all for now, I will get my result from my history test tomorrow, so I will update this post and say how it went.

Peace out!

This is SPARTA!!!!

300, omg, it was unbelivable!! Everyone should see it, great great movie! And all those people who think that it's some Republic propaganda... think again. If anything it is the opposite, I see the Spartans as representing terrorists and the Persians as the Americans, if anything. I don't get how people can see it the other way around. Anyway, great screenplay, great atmosphere, great acting and awesome special effects! It completely blew me away! As I said, screener is out, or wait untill it comes to movie theatres in Sweden. It's a must see at least, no matter how you do it!

And the picture I posted of a car on here is not a picture of my car specifically. It's just a random picture of the model, or well.. not even that because when I registred the car they said that it was a different model than what I thought it was (It doesn't say on the car what model it is), but it looks very smiliar, it's just an upgrade! It's a Geo Prizm (my Nizm), and not a Metro as I thought! Which is cool because the model I bought is actually more expensive than the one I thought I bought! And the color is Plum, and "whine red" is not a color here, dad :P

There is something awesome coming to the Playstation 3 system soon!! It's called "Home" and is basically a online 3D community, like MySpace only that it's in 3D. You have an entire world where you can walk around, chat with other players, play simple games, like pool, watch trailers of upcoming games or visit your trophy room filled with trophies that you've earned in different games. You get your own apartment which you can design however you want, put a flat screen in and show your videos streaming from your PS3's hard drive or play music also streaming from your PS3's hard drive! Very cool. The greatest feature though is that game developers can have their own room where they can promote their upcoming games, for instance if a basketball game is going to be released they can have some stations where you can try to shoot some B-ball. Incredibly cool!!! You can view a demo of the new feature here! The closed beta is released in April, so if you have a PS3 and want to sign up for it, you can do that here!

If anyone has bought a PS3 and wanna play or chat or anything, my gaming name is Gogaku, so feel free to contact me!

School, school, school, study, study, study
Peace
