I followed in Britney Spears footsteps

So I am now bald. Or well... not bald, but I shaved my head! It feels good, the lesbian haircut is gone for good! And I only did it so that Britney would feel better... that is ALL they talk about on the NEWS here... so stupid. "Oh my god, britney shaved her head? Is she crazy? Is she... Is she on drugs?" Who the fuck cares?? They need to prioritate their news better over here... first Anna Nichole Smiths death (which they still talks about btw) and now Britneys boldness... It really makes me wanna watch the news. In fact at this moment the news is on in the back and their top stories is "Britney is back in rehab, but the question is, who will get custody of her children?" and "What will happen with Anna Nichole Smith's body, complete coverege" gawd...

I have driven on the interstate for the first time too! wohooo 60 miles per hour! Very nice! The date for me being able to get a license is getting close, so I have been driving a lot recently. I really enjoy it, It's very easy with the Automatic shifting, so I feel very comfortable while driving, which is good. I was very shaky the first couple of times, but now I am very confident when driving and it feels like I've been driving a whole lot more than I have!

I got an A on my second English paper! Very very nice! Now I have two A's out of two possible. That feels awesome! I am studying for the next history test too, I have that in a week. I hope to get a better grade this time, a C+ is ok, but I really wants to get at least a B in the course. With that I will probably get in to something called "the Dean's list" which is supposed to be very favourable for my future studies and career!
Midterm is coming up too, which means... midterm exams... but it's ok, it seems as if I only have one midterm exam, in English! And it sounded like it was pretty simple, so I will probably do well on that! Math test is coming up monday too, but for some reason I have such a easy time with math here. I think the teacher is really good, I have never been able to get math as good as I am right now! It feels awesome. In the beginning I thought it was because it was really easy math, but now when it has stepped up a notch and I'm still getting it, I think I finally will be able to do great in a math course!
Does anyone know what to do with a fraction with a negative exponent?? Didn't think so, but I do!! (you flip it and make the exponents positive)

Now I have to eat something, my stomach is empty from studying a whole lot.

I rock again!

I got my history test back and I got a C+!!! Maybe that doesn't sound that good, but I was sure that I would get a much lower grade, so that's very good to me! (I princip VG i Sverige, VG- typ) The teacher told me that he thought it was a very good grade for a first history test as an international student, and if he was to grade me at this point he would give me a B! Very cool! I just have to study even more to the next test, my weakest part was the multiple choise questions, so reading the text book more intensivly is a given. I have two weeks untill the next test, so I am going to beginn to study soon so that I'm well prepared and maybe can get an A on the next one! (Rome, me like)

I got an A on my second math test too! Very cool! I feel like my streak of good grades is continuing! Me like that too! They should because I am working really hard to get them... but it's pays off which me like again.

My cold is still present... It's better, but it's still here, which sucks, but it's getting better which is good! It should be gone over the weakend! I sure hope so at least...

I have a film analyzis to do that's due monday, I have the rough draft written already so I just have to change som things on it and then it's ready! Other than that I don't have much homework actually, I'm gonna start studying for the second history test as I wrote above, but other than that I have a slow weekend, which is really good since I need to get well for real!

Spring is coming here soon too! It's cold as hell right now, around freezing every day, but in two weeks it's supposed to be warm and sunny and t-shirt and drinks outside and sunglasses and fun things to do outside and... very nice! I'm looking forward to that! And that's when I will get my license too, at least I have had my Learner's Permit for 30 days by then. Very very nice, I can't wait for that! I need to get out driving some more untill then though, but I will soon!

No one knows where they went... and they still have 350 billion dollars left to count. Can you imagen how many children you could feed with that amount of money? Or how many schools you could build and run? It's fucking crazy... And people are mad at Opera for starting up a school in Africa instead of spending her money to support American children? Fuck you, yes, fuck you! Find those 10 billion dollars and spend on your own sons of bitches. Or take it out of your own pocket Mr. Bill O'Reilly... asshole.

In sickness and in health...

... I still have to study. I've been very sick for 3 days now, it started off with fever and a really soar throat, then the fever went down and I'm left with the soar throat and really clogged up nostrals. With a fever I still did all the homework I had to do, and even went to school the day after... It sucked, but I had to do it. And then I made the stupid decision to go out on friday. So on saturday I was back with a fever again. Today it's kind of ok, feeling better, but I'm still weak and I have to do more homework soon. At least it's not very much so I'll be ok.

I begun writing on ym next english essay. It's a film analyzis. I choose the film Pan's Labyrinth! Very good spanish movie! Everybody should check that out, it's a mix between a war-movie and a fantasy-movie. (Den finns att hitta på piratbukten för er som vet vad jag menar). The atmopshere is very similar to Miyazakis japanese anime movies, and I love those, so it was very cool!

Other than that it has been slow, still havent found out the result of my history test, but I will tomorrow... I really hope it's ok, cause it didn't feel good at all when I did it. I had another math test on friday, and it went really good, so that felt very nice after the bad history test!

hmmmm.... I don't have anything else to report actually. School takes up all my time, at least I can go out and drink some beer now. Blow off some steem! Very nice.

Test and studying

This monday I had a history test about the ancient Greeks. And it went pretty bad... I haven't got it graded yet, but it did not feel like I did good. And it sucks because I had studied for hours and hours... Ok if I wouldn't have studied at all and did bad, but when I really made an effort and it still didn't work out, it feels really shitty... I guess I just have to try even harder before the next test.

Besides that nothing much has happened. Been studying every day basically, and I have a lot more studying to do, I have a math test on friday and a big english homework untill friday too.

At least now I can go out on the evenings! Me and my roommate was out saturday and it was kind of cool! Not like the clubs in Sweden though, but it was fun! A lot of people dancing, very bad music though... techno remixes of the billboard chart... yay... But it was cool to get out a bit!

I have been driving a bit too! Drove last night and it went well, except that I had too much speed during a turn and went over a lane... hehe could have been dangerous, but we made it through! Other than that I did great. It was dark outside too which made it more difficult and scarier, but I liked it! All the cars are with automatic shifting, so it is a lot easier than with manual shifting! I got 3000 krones (~350 dollars) from my parents as a birthday gift, and I'm gonna put that and some savings to buy a car as soon as I have gotten my license. I can't wait for that! Very cool to be able to get around by myself and not relying on my roommate all the time.

Ok, now I have to chill for a bit before conquring the homeworks I have to do... So take care all, and thank you to those who called on my birthday! Athletes foot and Writing skin

I went to the doctor the other day since I have had a terrible itch and burning on my right foot. And for long I've had fucked up skin, basically it swolls up where I itch it. The doctor told me I had something called athletes foot and gave me a cream for it! That is kind of ironic since I am the opposite of an athlete, but it boosted my self esteem a bit since I now can say that I am almost an athlete because I have the foot for it! The skin thingy is called writers skin, cause you can basically write on my skin. Kind of cool, but itchy... So I got some pills for that!

Yesterday was by birthday! Spent it in Washington DC and by watching a performance by Justin Timberlake! And it was awesome!! He is such a great performer! He played every song that you wanted to hear; every single, and basically every song from his latest album. He started off with "Like I love you" and went straight in to "My Love" Great start and it did set the tone for the rest of the show!
He did no encores, which I actually like since it just milks the show... Pinkwas support, and she sucked... except for one line in one song. But other than that the show was incredible! Timbaland was there too and put on a show of his own in the middle of the concert! Very cool! If JT is coming to a city near you, make sure to catch him perform! It was worth every penny!

After the show me and my roommate and his friend that was with us at the concert went to a bar and had some food and some drinks! Very cool! Finally I can go out again! Feels really good! We spent the night at my roommates friends friend! Slept on the couch, so I didn't get much sleep, so I'm dead tired today, but I kind of feel like going out, but we'll see how we'll do. It would be fun, but we are both very tired so I guess we wont go out tonight.

Tomorrow I have to study the whole day... The history test is coming up on monday and I'm really nervous about it... but if I get all the studying done tomorrow that I want, I will be ok! And I have all morning on monday too, since I don't have a english class untill friday!

Now I have to rest for a bit! I'm really tired...

Bickedy Birthday tomorrow!

Tomorrow is my birthday! Big two one baby! Finally I can go out to clubs, it has been so weird to not been able to since I got here. I've been able to go out for 3 years, and then suddenly I can't... very strange. But now that time is gone! I'm 18 again! Or well... 21, but it feels like 18.
Damn... I'm 21 years old... that is like half of 42... I'm half old... ok... I don't wanna be 21 anymore. But I guess it's out of my hands, so why worry?

Right after school, Rick, my roommate is picking me up and we are rushing to Washington D.C to see Justin Timberlake perform! Very cool! I've been looking forward to the concert for a long time, and it will be awesome! Too bad I have to study the whole trip up and then the whole trip down too... not cool... but I will handle it. History history history... Those Greeks are a pain in my ass! Why couldn't Anixmander come up with his stupid idea that gods doesn't govern the universe tomorrow?? Then I wouldn't have to study it the whole weekend... Logic can kiss my ass right now. Or well... It is kind of logic that I actually think about it... so... it's a paradox! Gaah, ok, I can't think about this right now.

At least I have written the Out-of-class essay that I have to supply to the test on monday. So that's nice, I don't know how it turned out... but I did my best! I just have to proof read it, and then it's over with!

Now I will watch some TV before I need to study some more! I will be back on saturday, but might not get to a computer untill Sunday, so don't worry if I won't answer on msn or anything!
