I love Dirt!

Dirt is a new television show that premiered last night, starring no one else but Courteney Cox (She played Monica on Friends, I guess she got a divorce since she is not Arquette any more...).

The show is about a female editor (Courteney) at two "gossip" magazines and she does anything in her power to get that hot rumour or shot of a celebrity. The story was great, how it was filmed was awesome and the acting was really great! So check that out when it gets to a country near you! (Most conveniantly your own country, it's kind of annoying to go to another country just to watch a TV show). It airs here in the States at 10 pm (eastern time) on Tuesdays on FX. So check it out if you live here!

So a little me time; I have been to the college I'm gonna attend to now. The first day it was just a meeting with the international guidance councelor, I just got settled in right and got a LOT of info... a bit overwhelming at the time, but I think everything has sunk in now.
Today I took a placement test at the college, I needed to take that to show what level of studies I was on. It was an English part and a Math part. The english part was mostly reading comprehension and grammar, the math part was really hard since that is my weakest subject. They wouldn't tell me my total score, but the lady I talked to after the test said I did awesome on the english part and ok on the math part! So that was a big relief! I was really worried that I would flunk math totally, so an "ok" is great for me!

Tomorrow I'm going back to the college to see a councelour and register for classes. I hope my schedule doesn't get too intense... the international guidence councelour told me that that could happen since I'm kind of late with my registration. That would change for the next semester though, so if I have one semester of really hard work, I can live with that. On friday we have orientation; a tour of the campus and some info for the international students that are attending the college. I am the only Swedish one, so that will be interesting. They are going to put up a picture of me doing the peace sign, gangsta style, on their homepage (Sweden represeeent)... or not.

I am trying to get all my papers together to get my license too. There's a lot of paper work to even get a learners permit, and when I have gotten that, it takes an additional 30 days before I can get the license. Good thing it's cheap. It will cost around 20 dollars, very cool! Right now I will either have to catch a ride with my roommate early in the morning before he goes to work, or take the bus. The bus would be cool, if only the busstation wouldn't be a 30 minute walk away in a neighborhood where everything looks the same... If I tried to get to that station you would never read another post here, since I would be lost and never find my way back. So I have to walk that way a couple of times with someone that knows the way back before I can get to it on my own. But when I do, taking the bus will not be a problem. It would be much more easy just to go by car, but since it such a hazard to get the license, I have to take the bus untill that is done.

Oh, and I got my health insurance too! Hehe I feel so grown up! I choose... HEALTH INSURANCE, go health insurance, GO!! And quoting pokemon just took me down from the grown up pedistal... Ahh well, if you have to quote pokemon, you have to.

Ok, that's all for me this time, there is a America's Next Top Model Marathon on on VH1... so I'm gonna watch something else... maybe...

Peace Out!
